At Adventure Gear, we want you to be fully equipped for your next journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and equipment. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
